Victorian Heritage Register Places and Objects Fund
Heritage grants are now available for publicly owned and accessible places and objects listed in the Victorian Heritage Register.
A new grants program – Victorian Heritage Register Places and Objects Fund – is being delivered by Victoria’s Heritage Restoration Fund Incorporated on behalf of the Victorian Government.
Grants of $20,000 - $200,000 are available for the repair/conservation of places on the Victorian Heritage Register, and $5,000 - $20,000 grants are available for the repair/conservation of heritage objects.
Publicly accessible objects must be included in the Victorian Heritage Register or be able to demonstrate a strong historical association with an eligible place on the Register.
Applications for the second round of funding will close on 22 August 2014. The program will have a total of three rounds between November 2013 and June 2015. Round 1 recipients were announced in May 2014.
