How to use the directory
If you own or manage a heritage property, object or collection you may need specialist advice or technical assistance.
- As the owner of a heritage building, you might be planning repairs or alterations and need a tradesperson or supplier who specialises in heritage work, products or materials.Your heritage building might have structural problems such as rising damp or a leaking roof, and you may need expert advice from a conservation architect or other specialist.
- You may want advice from a landscape designer about how best to maintain your historic garden.
- You may be a builder or developer proposing to modify or develop a heritage property for which an archaeological survey or a conservation management plan is needed.
- You may be involved with a heritage planning issue and wish to employ a consultant to advise you.
- You may need an assessment on the appropriate management of your heritage object/s.
