Permit appeals
Applicants or owners
who are dissatisfied with a permit refusal, or the conditions applied to a permit, may appeal to the Heritage Council within 60 days of the permit issue or refusal date.
To lodge a permit appeal, complete the form below and post, fax or email it to the Heritage Council’s Hearings Officer.
