Current recommendations open for comment

The Executive Director of Heritage Victoria has made the following recommendations to the Heritage Council under Section 32 and Section 54 of the Heritage Act 1995.

Owners and people with an interest in the place or object now have the opportunity to comment on these recommendations in the form of a written submission. Due dates for the submissions are set out below.

Submissions should be directed to the Heritage Council at PO Box 2392 Melbourne 3000, or emailed to heritage.council@dpcd.vic.gov.au.

Submissions should be lodged using:

Please note that all written submissions will be treated as public documents. While the Heritage Council will endeavour to respect any privacy wishes of which it is informed, it is bound by the Freedom of Information Act 1982. You should expect your submission to be freely and wholly available to anyone seeking access to it.

Written submissions must reach the Heritage Council Hearings Officer before 5pm, Tuesday 23 July 2013.

The following places have been recommended for inclusion in the Victorian Heritage Register:

Masters House, Masters Landing, Murray River Reserve, River Track Gunbower (PDF 1.2 KB) or (Word 658 KB)
Railway Viaduct over Melton Reservoir, Brookfield and Exford and Melton South (PDF 987 KB) or (Word 654 KB)
Total House, 170-190 Russell Street Melbourne (PDF 1.5 KB) or (Word 1 KB)

The following place has been recommended for an amendment on the Victorian Heritage Register:
