The Heritage Council has considered a recommendation and submissions received in relation to the amendment to the registration in relation to the Linay Pavillion, Ward 7 and Ward 9 at The Alfred Hospital, 55 Commercial Road, Melbourne.
Pursuant to Section 42(1)(b) the Heritage Council has determined that, as amended, the place is of cultural heritage significance to the State of Victoria and should be included in the Heritage Register.

Pursuant to Section 42(1)(d)(i) the Heritage Council has refused to register the place and refers the recommendation and submissions to the Horsham Rural City for consideration for an amendment to the Horsham Planning Scheme.
