Park Orchards Estate and the Chalet, Park Orchards

The Heritage Council has considered a recommendation and submissions received in relation to the Park Orchards Estate and the Chalet and has conducted a hearing into those submissions.

The Heritage Council, pursuant to Section 42(1)(d)(i), has refused to register the place and has instead referred the recommendation and submissions to the City of Manningham for consideration for an amendment to the Manningham Planning Scheme.

Norfolk Island Pine Avenues, Port Fairy

The Heritage Council has considered a recommendation and submissions received in respect of the Norfolk Island Pine Avenues and has conducted a hearing into those submissions.

The Heritage Council, pursuant to Section 42(1)(a) of the Heritage Act 1995, has determined that the place is of cultural heritage significance and should be included in the Heritage Register.

Clonard Homestead Complex, Epping

The Heritage Council has considered a recommendation and submissions received in respect of the Clonard Homestead Complex and has conducted a hearing into those submissions.

The Heritage Council, pursuant to Section 42(1)(c) of the Heritage Act 1995, has determined that the place is not of cultural heritage significance and does not warrant inclusion in the Heritage Register.

New Zealandia Milking Machine, Epping

The Heritage Council has considered a recommendation and submissions received in respect of the New Zealandia Milking Machine and has conducted a hearing into those submissions.

The Heritage Council, pursuant to Section 42(1)(c) of the Heritage Act 1995, has determined that the object is not of cultural heritage significance and does not warrant inclusion in the Heritage Register.

Maryfield Dry Stone Walls, Epping

The Heritage Council has considered a recommendation and submissions received in respect of the Maryfield Dry Stone Walls and has conducted a hearing into those submissions.

The Heritage Council, pursuant to Section 42(1)(d)(i), has refused to register the Maryfield Dry Stone Walls and has instead referred the recommendation and submissions to the City of Whittlesea for consideration for an amendment to the Whittlesea Planning Scheme.

The Heritage Council has considered a recommendation and submissions received in respect of the Dromana Drive-in and has conducted a hearing into those submissions. The Heritage Council has considered a recommendation and submissions received in respect of the Former Glenburn Primary School 3344 and has conducted a meeting into those submissions.

The Heritage Council, pursuant to Section 42(1)(d)(i), has refused to register the Former Glenburn Primary School and has instead referred the recommendation and submissions to the Murrindindi Shire Council for consideration for an amendment to the planning scheme.
