Getting started
Register with My Grants and Log in
In My Grants on the Grants@DPCD homepage, click on ‘Register as a new user’. Complete your details. Your new username and password will then be emailed to your nominated email address (there may be a delay). You can log on to My Grants to create, update, save, submit and manage online applications.
Session expiry and ‘save as draft’
My Grants is a secure environment. If your session in My Grants is inactive (no activity) for more than 30 minutes your access will expire automatically. This is to protect your information. If your session expires, you will lose information unless it was saved.
The ‘Save as draft’ button will save the details that have been entered, and then return you to the current page. It is recommended that you click the ‘Save as Draft’ button before moving to the next page and/or exiting an application or leaving your workstation for a period of time (remember your access will expire after 30 minutes).
When you exit, then Log in at a later time, the draft application will appear in your ‘Applications’ list. You can open a draft application for further editing from this page.
Forgotten your password and/or username
If you have forgotten your password and/or username, you can reset it by clicking on the ‘Forgotten your password?’ on the Log in page.
Complete your username or your email address (if you have forgotten your username) and a new password (and username if applicable) will be emailed to you.
Account Locked
My Grants will allow you to retry your login up to 5 times. Your account will be locked if you exceed the maximum number of attempts. If this occurs you will need to call the Grants Information Line on 1300 366 356 to ask them to reactivate your account.
