Aboriginal Inclusion Action Plan

DPCD promotes inclusion for Aboriginal people in the work we deliver and in the culture and practices of our workplace.

We are focused on building a more inclusive workplace, and being more responsive in the planning and delivery of programs we provide, fund and support. Our Aboriginal Inclusion Action Plan identifies specific actions to ensure our internal work practices and delivery of policies and programs are inclusive and better respond to Aboriginal people’s needs and goals.
