  • outlines step-by-step processes to support common administration tasks
  • uses case studies to show processes and decision making in action
  • includes a copy of common forms and templates with completed examples (you can download copies of all forms and templates through the links below)
  • provides extra information on things like intellectual property, insurance, personal and health information and managing assets
