Amendment VC76 approved
24 Nov 2010Amendment VC 76 exempts planning scheme requirements for buildings and works associated with a private bushfire shelter in most circumstances.
The amendment changes the Victoria Planning Provisions and all planning schemes in Victoria by amending Clause 52.43 - Interim measures for bushfire protection.
