Urban Growth Boundary Anomalies Advisory Committee

The Minister for Planning has established an Advisory Committee to provide advice on proposals for inclusion within the Urban Growth Boundary, in non-growth area councils, of properties that the relevant council considers should be made part of the adjacent urban area.

Establishment of the Advisory Committee and Terms of Reference

The Advisory Committee was been appointed under Part 7, Section 151 of the Planning and Environment Act 1987.

Hearing arrangements

The Advisory Committee held a Public Hearing on Monday 2 April 2012 to enable council, DPCD, government agencies, servicing authorities and other parties to speak about their submission.
