Potentially Contaminated Land Advisory Committee
The Minister for Planning appointed an Advisory Committee under Section 151 of the Planning and Environment Act 1987 to examine the existing planning controls and processes for potentially contaminated land.
Committee Report
The Advisory Committee submitted its report on 9 March 2012. The report has been released to the public.

The Govenment has issued a response to the Advisory Committee recommendations.
