Planning Permit Call-in Reports
Panel reports for planning permit applications that have either been called-in or referred to the Minister for Planning are released at the Minister's discretion, usually once a final decision has been made about the matter under consideration.
Unlike planning scheme amendment panel reports, planning permit call-in reports are not automatically made publicly available 28 days after panel's report has been submitted.
Details of recently released reports can be found on this page. Reports will generally be retained on this website for one year following their release. Earlier reports may be found on the Australian Legal Information Institute website.
