The Alpine Planning Information Kit is designed to assist you if you are considering land development or use in the Victorian Alpine Resorts. It outlines the planning process, application requirements and expectations about development in the Victorian Alpine Resorts.

The Alpine Planning Information Kit is only intended as a guide to the planning system and legislation in Victoria which may affect the land in the Alpine Resorts Planning Scheme area. This document has no legal status, and therefore, due reference should be made to the relevant Acts, Regulations and the Alpine Resorts Planning Scheme when undertaking a planning application
