Standard agreements with referral authorities

Where a standard agreement exists between a referral authority and council, an application may not require referral if specified requirements are met. Please check here for any existing agreements for the planning scheme that you are referencing.

This list is currently being developed and is provided as a guide only. Any final confirmation should be made directly with the responsible authority administering the planning scheme. Agreements will be added as they are identified and made available by municipal councils.

In the table below:

  • Nil means there is no existing agreement.
  • TBA means there may be one or more agreements but they are not yet available.
  • A listed agreement may not necessarily be the only agreement.
