- Letter to the Minister for Planning, advising of the preparation of an amendment
- All amendments need to include an itemised list of all amended, deleted, introduced or renumbered clauses and sub-subclauses. This information is needed in order to accurately identify the affected provisions. This supports the individualised amendment date format for planning schemes. To provide greater clarity you can attach a track-change version of the attached document/s, a hard-copy showing changes highlighted or a detailed list of changes when submitting the amendment to DPCD. Please call your DPCD Regional Planner if you require further help when drafting your instruction sheet.

Local provisions templates
These blank templates for inclusion of local provisions should be used when introducing a new schedule to a planning scheme. They are derived from the Ministerial Direction on the Form and Content of Planning Schemes.
Current local provisions in Microsoft Word
The Local provisions in Microsoft Word are the current local provisions in a planning scheme. They should be used to amend existing local provisions in the scheme.
