Zoning definition plans

The Department provides a free service for the preparation of Zoning Definition Plans.

These plans show the location of planning zones or overlay controls in situations where a zone or overlay boundary does not coincide with a property title boundary.

The Department will issue definition plans for those planning scheme areas where the Minister for Planning is responsible for issuing statutory planning certificates.
