Fees under the Subdivision Act
Councils provide the following services under the Subdivision Act 1988 which attract a fee in accordance with the Subdivision (Fees) Interim Regulations 2011:
- processing an application for certification
- preparing an engineering plan
- supervising works
- checking engineering plans.
